Making decisions about your dental care and oral health is an easy thing to do with the right preparation beforehand:

  • Make a list of questions to ask our office, so you don’t forget anything on the day of your appointment. This includes any concerns you have, or oral problems you’ve been experiencing.
  • If you have dental insurance, please provide us with the information before your scheduled appointment.
  • Bring a copy of your Drivers License.

Appointments

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait time. Dr. Listopad & Finder provide many types of dental services which require various times allocated for each procedure. Emergency cases can arise and cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please call (954)-752-2970 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Insurance and Billing

We only participate with dental PPO insurance plans, contact our office to verify the acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance claims for you as a courtesy, however you will be required to pay any estimated deductibles and/or co-payments on the day treatment is rendered.
